They took my laptop on the same day and assured me that, they would finish running initial diagnostics within 24 hours. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. Turns it out was an issue with the RAM, and they swiftly replaced it. Fantastic repair service! I first went to them two years ago for a hard drive replacement after spilling liquid on my laptop, and had a great experience. Can’t recommend enough. My laptop broke down on the first day of my finals, so I dropped it off for repair and emailed my professors about a paper exam. Iris fixed it before my professors could ever respond. I’m writing this after finishing my finals, with my 4yo laptop looking and working like new.
